called says hanging limbs and has called previously about tree--tree has previously done damage to car ---prev req in system wasnt for this tree at 3511 he confirmed has been calling on this tree has been cutback in 2021 he was told by Sam in tree removal that tree would be removed and tree has never been removed --he states this is urgent
