Description

Caller is the property manager; she reported a sidewalk repair is needed at this address. The sidewalk is sinking on one side and is a tripping hazard. The area of concern is near the staircase. Caller states actually the whole sidewalk is in need of repair in this area.

    This location has been inspected on 9/6/2023. No issues found with city sidewalk. Property owner property has concrete walkway which does has small damage. It’s up to the property owner to maintain their property, which includes concrete walkways.
