Description
East bound speeding on Monument is out of control. Drivers coming from I-195 start speeding as soon as they pass the Arthur Ashe monument, driving east bound on Monument. Peak speeds are reached at the intersection of Monument and Belmont avenue which is a very confusing intersection to some, leading to dangerous traffic situations. Recently, a street light was hit, so the area is dark at night as well. Request is for east bound speed signs noting the speed limit of 30mph.
