Description
There is an obscene amount of litter and trash all around the side street and in the parking lot of this apartment building. There is broken glass, needles, litter, food, etc. It is extremely difficult to maintain quality of life in this neighborhood when our neighbors (the management of the apartment building) do not take care of their area. I'm unsure if the wooded lot is a city property or owned by the apt. building but it's become a dumping ground.
