Description
This is not in line of traffic. I just can't figure out where to ask for this- I am surrounded by city property on 2 sides and I need someone to come cut back the vines and brush on the backside of my fence so my fences don't fall down.

At any rate, it is not feasible to maintain the perimeter of public property where it abuts private; owner / tenant (neighbor indicated this is a rental) will have to maintain
