Description
You have recently installed speed humps west of Westover Hills Boulevard in the 5200 block of Evelyn Byrd Road and in at least one other location. The humps have not been marked with arrows and are invisible. Thank you for trying to control speeds in our neighborhood, but the humps won't do that if they are not clearly marked.
