Description
City owned traffic circle on Floyd Avenue at its intersection with Morris snd Brunswick has weeds and vegetative growth impeading traffic flow and sight line. This is sn extreme hazard as there are five crosswalks at this intersection and students are constantly in them with traffic not always able to see/yield yo them. People in crosswalk yesterday were almost hit by a car and they removed the 4’ plus weeds to improve visibility. They placed the weeds on the sidewalk
