Description
City owned island in parking line in front of 1101 Floyd Avenue has weeds and overgrown over 12” which is impeading traffic view of crosswalks at the intersection of Floyd snd Harrison. This is a safety issue to the students/pedestrians using these crosswalksto VCU campus. Also the curb and gutter is blocked with debris, limbs etc and is causing the gitter to back up during rsin events which then create a hazard for automobiles to stop at the street light infront of crosswalks to the VCU Campus
