Description

Someone left an oil drum filled to the top with human excrement at this spot. Its been here for weeks now and no one has done anything about it. I’m tired of my stepping out of my house to the smell of human shit. This is not healthy or sanitary for anyone, especially my newborn baby. I witnessed the oil drum being placed there by the resident of 1108 W Leigh st.
