Speed samples are planned as needed to determine the need for speed control devices.

The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed for a 48-hour period was 26 mph. This sample is in compliance with the posted 25 mph speed. Speed tables are not currently planned.
