sorry this is the wrong category but RVA311 was unclear if include curb cut requests. the northeast corner of 9&main only has a curb cut on one side but not the other. so someone in a wheelchair crossing the north side has to go into a traffic lane on main (right lane) to get back on the main st sidewalk
