Description

Earlier this week I reported this tree for the fourth time after it dropped a large, heavy limb, using urgent language. The tree was trimmed today. However, the tree is rotten and has already lost one of three trunks, and it was supposedly scheduled to be removed. The loss of another of the two rotten trunks or of another limb as large as the one dropped this week, would be enough to kill or maim my child. This tree will fall in a strong storm. I am confused by the trimming today.
