Description
This intersection (North and Ladies Mile) is really big and its hard for cars to see the new stop signs until they are very close to the intersection. Because this is a new traffic pattern to a 4 way stop people are already traveling towards the intersection at high speeds expecting a green light. Any additional signage to slow cars down and notify them of the upcoming stop signs would improve safety - ‘stop sign ahead’ signs, updated crosswalks, blinking lights

- Staff · July 23, 2025The intersection of North Avenue and Ladies Mile Road has Stop Ahead signs at all legs of the intersection. There is also a speed table installed on East Ladies Mile Rd. The Department has plans to implement left-turn hardening in the future.
