Description
The tree has several dead branches with one that has broken off and is caught in the other limbs. It is hanging directly over my house and the sidewalk. If this broken branch fell, it would damage my house and cause bodily harm if someone was walking by. A large branch already fell and damaged my fence and blocked the sidewalk for days.
