Description
Motor cycles and cars are bring heavy traffic during and after school hours at speeds between 35 and 40 mph on approaching Mary Scott School going North and South on Moss Side. There have been close calls in terms of children being struck as they leave the school playground, especially those coming from the apartments behind the school. It is very congested during open school hours and during dismissal hours..
