- Staff · February 27, 2024After researching the locations in question, we recovered that a traffic study was conducted in the area and the locations for each speed hump was designated from that. Furthermore, the City of Richmond does not have to abide by VDOT standards. In certain instances, the city has used VDOT standards for guidance but is not obligated to do so. No further action necassary at this time.
