Description
Follow-up to request DPW000148062. Attaching photo of seating blocking the sidewalk at Penny’s Wine Shop. Photo was taken at 8:45 PM. Suggest visiting later in the evening given that Penny’s doesn’t open until 2pm and is busiest in the evening. Have observed the sidewalk seating on 3 separate occassions.
