This location has been inspected on 9/26/2023. 35x10ft section of damaged concrete sidewalk due to tree roots. The repairs will be conducted according to rating system and safety hazard concerns.

Per DPW "The needed repairs at 409 Strawberry St. will be remedied by both sidewalk maintenance and CIP. The current proposal is to repair the most hazardous portion of the sidewalk first, within 180 days via maintenance crews and the remaining sidewalk within 1 to 2 years via CIP. This is a “soft” timeline as location is still being assessed. I will provide further details once solidified. Thank you in advance for your patience with this process." Attempted to contact resident but phone number was not in service.
