Description
Mr. Baskfield called and stated that there was a repair work done on Marshall street over 2 months ago and they came back and measured the depth of the water which was over 4". Any time it rains, the water would not drain and Mr. baskfield owns a auto shop and his Customers are unable to approach his building to the water. He was promised that the city will address this issue in a timely manner and he has not heard back from anyone and it is affecting his business.
