Description

Citizen already has a Handicap parking sign in front of her home for medical reason. However neighbors are still parking in front of her home, she is requesting a towing enforce sign to go underneath the handicap parking sign that she already has to stop neighbors from parking.

    We do not add no parking signs to handicap signs, citizens needs to contact RPD to enforce HC space.
