Description
The Willow Oaks neighborhood has either been vandalized with broken glass along westchester, skip ton, Buckhill (the worst), Eppington, and windsorview. If it wasn't teenagers dropping glass along the edges of the streets, it was our garbage truck that slowly dropped crushed glass everywhere as it picked up on Tuesday. But no one can walk their dogs right now because the streets desperately need to be cleaned.
