    Sent information to DPU. After calling Mr. Wilkinson to advise that someone from DPU would be reaching out to him, Mr. Wilkinson explained in detail with me that the tree well was enlarged by the sidewalk division several years ago because of the type of tree that was growing which was large, therefore the cut off valve ended up in the tree well. Since then roots have grown and have covered the cut off valve and may need to be grinded back from the cut off valve. I will reach out to the Arborist.
