Description
This is my third written request this year and fourth overall. The city-maintained silver maple dropped several branches and a large limb which landed on my car last night; the large limb is suspended at one end by another weak-looking one above the sidewalk. This tree, sadly, poses threat to life and property, including my home. I will have documentation of ongoing reports and inaction by the city.
