Description
The pedestrian signal across Libbie by the market is malfunctioning (button does not cause the light to flash). I put in a request a while back and the technician responded that it is working properly. It does work but only sometimes! We use this cross walk frequently. Sometimes the lights flash other times they do not. Sometimes the button from one side works but the button from the other side does not. We often cross at 7am don't know if that affects anything.
