Description
The tree was trimmed to avoid a power line and now there is only half of a tree left. All of our neighbors agree that this tree is not only unsightly, but it is too tall and can easily interfere with the power line between trims. It will continue to need to be trimmed by the city in this manner year after year. We are are hoping it can be assessed for removal instead.
