Description
Requesting "proceed when clear" or similar sign for drivers turning left from Monument onto Roseneath in both directions. I live right at the corner of and drivers consistently do not know how to make a left turn from Mon. around the statue. Yesterday I saw two drivers in ten mins make half a turn and wait at the red light they now saw that was not for them and not finish their turn until it turned green. It frequently frustrates other drivers behind them who DO know how to make a left turn.
