Description

There is constant speeding and distracted driving down E Franklin St between 25th and 29th streets. This street gets more traffic and pedestrian traffic due to Libby Park. It is also a highly residential area with a lot of children and it would be in the best interest of the public to put a speed bump in before a serious accident occurs. Speed interventions have been requested often by community members, please consider implementing more.
