Description
My neighbors tree pulled down overhead power line 2 months ago & it’s hanging in our backyard & would like to get it fixed. We have trees that are getting close to the overhead wires and wanted them trimmed. In spring some company cleared most of the alley behind our house but never made it to our house. It’s overgrown & not accessible The property is 2423 Lamb Avenue Richmond. The property is under my name, Kathleen Houghtaling. I appreciate assistance with my questions.
