Description
has a city tree between 1903-1905 w 42nd---she had to call non emergency police this weekend because large limb had fallen and was blocking the street -it has been removed--now tree has has the limbs leaning right towards her house and this is the 3rd incident with large limbs causing a hazard with falling off of the tree--she states tree needs to be cut back or cut down
