Description

This is undeveloped land from the construction of Chippenham. This property contains Tree of Heaven. Since Lantern Flies have been found on Trees in Scotts Addison I have great concern for this wooded area of Oxford. The trees have already killed off off the trees planted as a part of the Chippenham project.

    Inspection found vines smothering a city-designated tree (ID 121852). Also, bushes from overgrown power line have grown over a fire hydrant. See attached map & photos.
