    There is a stop sign on tree in front yard. Can't tell where it's from. Graffiti appears to be random, not added on purpose (see photo). Checking with RPD & traffic engineering to find out if display of traffic sign on private property is a violation

    Steve went to location on August 17,2023 and removed the stolen stop sign.
