Description
The sanitation trash service is leaving toxic trash that is a public danger in my alley. The city employee who picks up waste states that his truck has a hole in the bottom that dumps trash. This is a health hazard. I have included an inayif just one of the many piles of hazardous trash left in the alley and on the roads of my development.
