Description
At the corner of 32nd and U, there is significant vegetation blocking the sidewalk, forcing pedestrians to walk in the street. The vegetation also blocks the view when a vehicle is turning from U St onto 32nd so the driver may not see the pedestrian in the street and could potentially hit them.
