Original WO#: DPW000136486 | 3/16/2023 the issue HAS NOT been addressed | public sidewalk is now covered with the overgrowth the City alley at the back yard of 2700 P ST and side yard of empty lot 1005 North 27th is considerably overgrown and you are unable to pass through the alley. The area is at the back yard or 2700 / 2702 / 2704 P ST behind their wooden fence, prior to the chain link fence of 1005 North 27th. I'm referring to the alley way, not the empty property at 1005 North 27th.
