Description
There is an abandoned times dispatch newspaper box that sits on the sidewalk right beside the ramp to get on the sidewalk. This newspaper box blocks people from safely being able to navigate 2 at a time on the sidewalk ESPECIALLY if you have a wheelchair or walker. It's abandoned and just makes the sidewalk less safe. It should go.
