Please, I am not asking for a new supercan. I am looking for a way to contact the city and find out why our recycling blue bin was picked up 2 weeks ago and never returned?We keep it in our garage, so it was not damaged or old at all. Can we please have our recycling bin back? Our recyclables are piling up! Thanks. And just to be clear - I am not wanting a new supercan for trash collection.
