Please note this is for our brick sidewalk for our address on 4305 Cambridge and Tonbridge Roads. We live on a corner lot - Cambridge and Tonbridge. My first request was 3 years ago. I am not seeing those requests in the system but I did have two official requests. The mortar has eroded and disintegrated and there are weeds everywhere. It is unsightly and dangerous. City maintained tree roots protrude and buckle bricks. Thank you for attending to this tripping hazard and unsightly condition. These are some of the photos I have taken in front of our house 4305 Cambridge Road and along the side of the house on Tonbridge. The roots are very bad. The mortar all gone. It is a hazard and unsightly. Thank you for taking down the tree today! Thank you for inspecting the sidewalk on 8-30-23. Could you please explain the rating system and safety hazard concerns criteria? Hello _ I am checking on the status of this request.
