Description
On Jan 19, 2023, the contractor for DPU, MasTec, dug a ditch in front of 102 Libbie Ave for a utility (gas?) connection to the newly constructed home at 103 Libbie Ave. After the ditch was filled, an asphalt patch was sloppily applied, and excess asphalt was dumped onto the recently paved curb area. More asphalt was spilled for about 25 feet south on Libbie. The excess asphalt should be removed from the curb area, and the patch should be redone in a more professional manner.
