Description

This has been a growing problem over the last few years…this homeowner’s lawn has been encroaching on the road and covers what should be a shallow ditch. The lady who lives in the house yells at people when they park on the public road in front of her house, saying people are parked on her lawn. She called the police on me today and begged them to tow my car bc her grass will be mowed tomorrow & no one should be parked out front. Her lawn & forest take up half a lane and the entire shoulder.
