Description
Through-traffic drivers treat this as a highway. Excessive speeding and dont stop for pedestrians. Have seen several near accidents and people getting hit by a car. City needs to do something in this neighborhood specifically broad and marshall streets for excessive speeding. Bus drivers are some of the biggest offenders. Unclear why broad and almost every other E-W street in church hill has stop signs at every intersection but marshall does not…
