Pothole or hole in road on Arthur Ashe Blvd. , near the Exxon gas Station (3200 N. Arthur Ashe Blvd.) , beneath bridge interstate 95 overpass. [ Another explanation : While on the boulevard, going underneath the overpass bridge towards broad street, there is a hole or pothole that shook the front end of my car.]
