Description

See photo. Several months ago there was a bad accident at this intersection and the traffic light was damaged. This portable STOP sign was placed on the SW corner because the light wasn't working. I contacted Henrico to pick it up and they told me to contact Richmond. Please have this portable STOP sign removed.
