Description

Repair collapsed hand hole cover. I have submitted this twice previously and they have been closed with the comment that no damage xould be observed. When I submit the request, the pin location changes to 7 S. Arthur Ashe Blvd. The damaged box is located in front of 2 S. Arthur Ashe Blvd. I have attached photos showing the intersection and that does not seem to help.

    The sidewalk maintenance program is not funded to install NEW sidewalks. The sidewalk program is responsible for maintenance and repair of existing sidewalks. The sidewalk maintenance program only make repairs to concrete or brick sidewalk. Utility covers, manhole cover, gas or water meter issues are handled by DPU (Department of Utilities).
