Description
Not sure if this land is private property in the alley. The alley intersection that runs parallel to stemmed and then T’s with Alley running behind 26-27th street has overgrown brush and a tree and other vegetation around the light pole and is causin people to have to cut into others private lots to get around and the trash trucks! I’m about to put up a fence to keep people out of my driveway area if this isn’t fixed.
