Description
sidewalk needs repair throughout parts of the stretch from Semmes Ave to the Alley behind Semmes off 26th st. The grass is overgrown. A local gentleman in an electric wheelchair cannot get through and has to use the street!!! Which is not safe -cars fly around the corner. and dangerous for pedestrians just as well as not allowing the wheelchair which is supposed to be ADA accessible!! The sidewalk doesnt even extend through and stops before the alley way on both sides
