Description
There is a vine tree growing massively across the sidewalk and onto the power pole and powerline. It isnt my tree. It keeps blocking walkers. I have to keep cutting it back. The homeowner doesnt cut it. It is a rental property and not only do I poke my eye out walking the sidwalk- it is also weighing down the powelines. It is located on 26th st on the south side of Semmes Ave once you make the turn down 26th st
