Description
The tree in front of 3323 Kensington Ave has low hanging limbs that need to be trimmed. The limbs are a danger to pedestrians possibly causing eye damage and/or scratches to the body. Additionally, on the street side, the limbs are so low that they rest on the car parked by that tree. This can potentially cause damage to the vehicle including scratched paint, etc.
