Description
The alley behind 3004 Fendall ave, has construction going on and on one end of the alley it is blocking the entrance; Recycling has not been taking place due to the alley being blocked, 1st responders will not be able to get through in case of an emergency, stated that no work has been done in the alley in a month; would like someone to come view the concern.

- Staff · August 4, 2023An inspector has visited this location; there are two (2) active projects on each side of the alley entrance, both with appropriate permits; trash collection is occurring through the opposite end of the alley, recycling can access properties in the same manner; we will follow-up regularly with reps of both projects to ensure they advance work in a timely fashion.
