    Caller is very concerned with the dead tree that has further deteriorated with limbs constantly dropping. Caller also states the bark is peeling all the way up the street and it is in immediate danger of a resident or pedestrian if a limb falls while they are walking under the tree. Requesting to have tree cut down as soon as possible. Email sent to manager A. Hampton for follow-up
