Description

The branches in the trees at north end of alley are grown low enough so utility lines are tangled overhead. Waste collection and recycling trucks frequently get stuck in the trees and have pulled down a utility line (temporarily repaired by Verizon), but action needed to clear branches so further damage can be avoided.
